Contributions Schedule
Disabilities At Work is a national project that provides greater return on
investment for businesses that support the disability community.
The largest minority group in the country, people with disabilities, their family
members, service providers, and other supporters, control over $200 billion in
discretionary income – an amount that exceeds that of the highly coveted teen
market. Disabilities At Work (DAW) converts this latent consumer power into
an ongoing campaign that will reward businesses that support the disabled community.
The DAW logo, displayed in business facilities via plaque, window decals, point-of-sale signs, or on websites, will provide a visible symbol for targeted consumer advocacy and increased customer patronage.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
In order to have the right to display the DAW logo and purchase program materials, businesses must do one of two things on an annual basis:
- Be endorsed by a Disabilities At Work Endorsing Agency. An Endorsing Agency can be a community service provider, an affiliate of the USBLN, government agency, nonprofit organization, a school or district, or a similar entity that works with, or on behalf of, people with disabilities. Or
- Be endorsed by Disabilities At Work through the prescribed contributions schedule below, which is based on the number of employees.
Once approved as a DAW business, the company will also be listed on the website and may contract to use the DAW logo on products and in other venues.
Service providers working with people with disabilities, government agencies, Business Leadership Networks, and similar organizations, can become Endorsing Agencies of DAW at no cost.
Contributions Schedule Based on Number of Employees:
| Less than 25 employees | $1,500 |
| 26-100 employees | $2,500 |
| 101-500 employees | $5,000 |
| 501-999 employees | $10,000 |
| More than 1,000 employees | $20,000 |
